What a great fucking record.

Any record that starts with No Reply, I'm a Loser, and Baby's In Black is pretty damned . . . strong, in my humble estimation.

And let's not sleep on IDWtoStheP . . .

I must confess, though, that Eight Days a Week ranks in my lowest five Lennon / McCartney songs, and possibly in my bottom five of all Beatles tracks.

But I don't let that interfere with my love for this record.

I am really lucky that I had the British import [Korvette's at Springfield Mall, ta!], as I can't make heads nor tails out of what Capitol were up to at the time . . .
