I was awfully sad to hear that Jack Klugman died today.
Not for him -- he lived to 90, worked to 90, fought and survived cancer and tacked almost thirty years on to his life.
No, just sad for myself that I won't be able to think fondly of him, and know that he's still out there kicking.
I loved his work.
All except his Inherit The Wind with Don Rickles.
And no, I'm not kidding. . . .
