RIP Sheldon Keller

comedy writer for American television. M*A*S*H; Dick Van Dyke Show. Wrote for Sid Caesar.

But I enjoy this one, cited by the NY Times obit:

A veterinarian and a taxidermist went into business together. Their motto: "Either Way You Get Your Dog Back.”

Mr. Keller is circled. It's a writing session for Caesar -- recognize anyone else?

Is that Larry Gelbart up the back there?

Mel Tolkin?

Don't see Carol Reiner.

Is that Buck Henry?

That's Carl's sister Carol I was mentioning there, or course.

Few know how important she was in the NY comedy writing world.

OF course. OF course.

That's it, no more typing for me today.
