It's character, charm, and near-perfection all lead me to do the honourable thing, and give it to my nephew as a birthday present.
He is enthusiastic about music, likes a boatload of stuff all across the spectrum, has outgrown his First Act [thanks, tomanonymous!], and will benefit from a joyous, solidly-made guitar that offers some diverse sounds [spin that knob -- sending you to and fro betwixt the neck and the HB bridge -- just once, and you've crossed the Rubicon].
It makes me very sad. But I know it is in service of something good.
