U.S. Journalism, No. 2

I have a limited future in American broadcast journalism.

For some reason, I consider the assassination of Benazir Bhutto more newsworthy than
the attack by a tiger on a teen in San Francisco.

The coverage I have noted is about four-to-one on
the tiger.

And the anchors commenting have all talked about how truly sad and tragic it is - the tiger mauling.
